I was a guest speaker for the Black Staff Network's event; Celebrating Black Joy:
Mental Health & Wellness Event. I spoke about barriers that Black peoples face in accessing mental health supports and how Black peoples can heal individually and communally.

I spoke on a panel for The SHIFT Centre and BIPOC Students’ Collective’s event Destigmatizing Black Mental Health as a professional.

I will speak at one of Imara Health's upcoming events about self-care.

I am a part of the collective's Black Youth Accessible Therapy Initiative (BYATI)

​Invited panelist for Carrying the Legacy Forward: Connection, Community and Collective Action, an Emancipation Day event hosted by the Ontario Association of Social Workers in partnership with Nipissing University, exploring anti Black racism, Black leadership, and equity in social work.

I presented a virtual wellness session for TD Bank Group entitled “Capitalize on Your Wellness”.

In keeping with their discussions of health, I presented the topic “Know Your Power” to the Toronto Raptors.

I was a panelist at McGill University's School of Social Work Black History Month Event: "Centering Blackness in Social Work: Afrocentric Approaches to Practice" in February of 2022.

I am the co-creator and co-producer of Canada's First African cooking & talk show, Flavours of Africa.
